Most people have a desire to be able to go about nude within their own sphere of comfort.

There are different types of nude spas that suit different people.

We recommend first to try out wellness spas with mixed gender areas such as sauna landscapes.  An example of such a spa is the Swiss Holiday Park sauna area in the mountains of central Switzerland.  Stay at the hotel or stay a 30 minute drive away at The Outdoor Retreat

This is a nice sauna area as it has 3 saunas and one steam bath, plus a cold tub and rest areas.  If you go at dinner time you will not starve as you get free as many as you can eat apples.

Throughout the day there are events such as the sauna infusion (Aufguss in German) where they pour some water or ice laced with essential oils on the hot stone and rythmically spread the air by rythically waving a towel or a big Japanese Fan.

To make a nice spa you need enough people of two or more genders visiting and that is the case of Swiss Holiday Park.  Some visitors are guests of the Hotel or nearby and others are locals some of which may have a regular subscription.   If you see a big blond guy it might be me, tell me that you found this site.

Why is it important to have enough people visiting?

Because most of us are curios to see what other people look like, the beauty of the human form which we are mostly denied from seeing because of the presence of cloths.  You might see some people who have what you might call a perfect body, this is nice but it is not all that different from seeing people what you might consider normal people.  When you get used to seeing nude people you appreciate that we all are not all that different we have our perfections and imperfections and as we age, gain or lose weight our body changes.

Some people are shy and some people are not shy and that does not correlate to the type of body they have.

Another nice area to enjoy nudity are nude swiming and sunbathing spots, especially those found in Germany

One such spot is Birken See by Munich next to Langwieder Lake designated as a FKK bathing lake

Perhaps unfortunatelly the FKK name which stood for Naturism has in some other cases been overtaken by commercial adult clubs, where most of the nude women tend to be paid

The non commercial FKK sites are not so crude

Nude mens saunas are different

These may not be exclusivly for men, but these tend to be more about quick sex and so are swinger clubs which are for all genders

The choice is yours

So there is a variety to choose from if you want to go nude.  Let's face it the body is sexual, but that does not mean that anyone who looks has a right to pursue his or her sexual advances.  You should be able to find an area to go nude in public without shame or fear.
